1973 was a lean year within the PHVAC business, wholesale prices were changing almost daily due to heavy inflationary pressures, new construction was almost at a stand still and Joe Bisignaro decided to take on the challenge and pack up the family in Chicago and move back to Philadelphia to start a rep business. Joe was twenty-nine years old with eight years experience within the industry. His time spent with Honeywell, Taco and In Bell & Gossett Company as their National OEM Sales Manager was invaluable.
Joe always admired the creativity and challenge of the rep business and set his goals to open shop in the Philadelphia market. Energy Industrial Associates or EIA as it became known officially started September 1, 1973 from absolute zero.
Through the years Joe literally pioneered the following lines within the Philadelphia Marketplace which were virtually unknown at the time,. Utica Boilers, Grundfos Pumps, Honeywell Braukmann Valves, G T Water Products, KAM H eat Exchangers, Coolenheat Coils, Ford Products, Rehau Radiant Heating systems, EMI ductless, minisplit air conditioning and the rebirth of Smith Residential and Commercial Boilers.
Following twenty exciting years and the building of many lifelong relationships, the decision was made to grow to the next level to address the demands of vendors.
These new demands required their representatives to expand their personnel and coverage to be successful within the commercial engineered products and bid spec marketplace.
Tozour Energy Systems, a very successful Trane Commercial Sales Office in King of Prussia with a major presence in the Philadelphia marketplace was a logical candidate to absorb EIA. This acquisition for Tozour Energy Systems also provided diversification within the Tozour family of businesses.

Joe Bisignaro & Bob Della Sala |
April 1, 1993, TES Industrial Distribution Group, Inc. would continue with Joe as President and the continuation of his vision to grow the business and be the best that they could be.
Three years later, Joe hired Bob Della Sala, a former District Sales Manager for A.O. Smith Water Products Co., as Sales Manager to help manage the sales team and help grow the company. In eight years the company has doubled its sales and gross margin under the direction of Joe and Bob. One of the key factors was the relationship between Bob and Charlie Ritter of Ritter Assoc. Charlie had a very successful business for 17 years and decided it was time to join forces with Bob and TES to help build a strong agency. This acquisition was consumated on June 1, 2002 which meant that TES acquired and now represented all the Zurn family of companies.
The next logical step for TES and EIA begins January 1, 2006, the baton is being passed on to Bob Della Sala who has been with TES Total Energy Systems for ten years and most recently as Vice President.
Bob officially acquired all of the assets including the names, TES Total Energy Systems and EIA Energy Industrial Associates and renamed the company to "Keystone Sales & Associates".
