KEYSTONE WELCOMES THREE NEW HIRES TO THE TEAM

(Pottstown, PA – November 19 , 2021) – With the continued growth of the industry going
into the New Year, Keystone Sales & Associates (KSA) announces the hiring of three
new teammates – Paul DeChristopher, Rob Micklus, and Carly DellaSala. Their
employment is effective.

“I am so incredibly proud of the Keystone Sales & Associates team,” said Bob
Della Sala, KSA President and CEO. “We had no idea what we were in for at the
start of the pandemic. But this industry has been one of the lucky ones to benefit
from the shift in the way business is conducted. Our staff keeps hustling and
getting our customers what they need, when they need it, and with the legendary
service Keystone is known for.”

Because of the explosive demand in North and South Carolina in particular, the territory once covered exclusively by KSA Outside Sales Associate Bob Moore will now be divided in two. Each state will be sectioned by east and west; I-95 will serve as the dividing line. Paul De Christopher will be Outside Sales for the eastern territory while Moore will continue working in the west.

“Having just moved to Myrtle Beach, I am excited to learn the region by getting
out there and doing what I love,” said De Christopher. “I’ve worked on the
wholesale distributor side for over twenty years. That gave me the chance to
know Bob Della Sala and Keystone very well. He’s a great guy who’s built a great
company. He is probably the only person who could have talked me out of
retiring and convinced me to work on the manufacturer’s rep side.”

In addition, we’ve added an Inside Sales Associate, Rob Micklus. Rob has 16 years of experience in the Oil & Propane Industry. With many years of experience as a division manager, he is well versed in all aspects of sales, installation, and service. Rob has plenty of knowledge when it comes to providing excellent service and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He will be located at our headquarters in Pottstown, PA.

“I’m excited to join the team at Keystone Sales and look forward to providing the
same excellent service that our customers are accustomed to,” said Rob Micklus.

Lastly, Carly DellaSala is our newest addition to the Keystone team as the Director of Marketing. She has 5 years of experience in sports marketing, digital marketing, and social media. Her duties will consist of managing our social channels, creating marketing collateral, email marketing, and brand strategy. This position is a new position that we believe is going to be extremely beneficial with the changes since COVID-19 and the pivot of marketing going more digital.

“The addition of this position is really exciting for Keystone. With the evolution of
digital marketing and social media, I am really appreciative for the opportunity to
be able to take my experiences and skills and apply them to help increase
awareness of the vendors we represent and the awesome team we have at
Keystone!” said Carly.

Words from Bob DellaSala, President & CEO, on the new hires –

“Paul DeCristopher was a customer and a sales representative for APR Supply
before joining Keystone Sales. Paul is always very professional and has a great
attitude every day that continues to be endearing to all his customers”.

“Rob Micklus comes from the Dealer base side of our Industry. Rob is an early
riser, self-starter and a hard worker with great technical and communication skills
from his time in the retail oil and propane business.”

“Carly comes with a tremendous amount of experience in the digital and social
media world. She is going to be a Rock Star at Keystone Sales to help take the
Company to new heights in Sales and communication.”
